Energic Certification

Energy certification classifies energy performance on a scale of A+ to G and recommends a set of improvement measures. It has a 10 years validity.

Energy certification is mandatory in the conclusion of sale or lease agreements and is also required for any commercial advertisement (since 1st December, 2013).
